I recently had a short stay at this hotel and it was a very positive experience. The hotel's location is fantastic, with close proximity to Taksim Square and the lively Beyoglu area. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate any requests and made sure I felt welcomed. The hotel offers a variety of rooms, including economy rooms which are perfect for those looking for a budget-friendly option. Even though the room was small, it served its purpose for storing my belongings before heading out to explore the city. If I were to visit again, I would definitely choose a larger room with a view, as I heard they have marvellous views of the Bosphorus. Lastly, breakfast at the hotel was a delightful experience, with a great selection of dishes and lovely views to enjoy while starting the day.
All was as expected, nothing to complain about.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Istanbul. the location of the hotel was excellent - right in the heart of the city center. It made it so easy for me to explore all the attractions and get around. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. Finally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great view over the Bosphorus. I especially loved having a balcony to enjoy the marvellous views. Oh, and I shouldn't forget to mention the breakfast, which was not only delicious but also served with stunning views. All in all, it was a wonderful experience!
All was fine.

The best thing about this hotel is location and reception staff can speak English. The space of the room is really good.
This hotel is not good for non smokers. Once you enter the place is full of smoke and smell of (shisha) Argila. Even the room is full smell. The elevator more than two can not take. Furniture is very old. I didn't feel it was a hotel.

Location is few mins from taksim square
The hotel is very bad , matress is very bad and towels are dirty. Room is very dirty. The hotel's door is closed and must be opened by intercome. No bill man , no lobby ( just one guy with laptop) , no late check out, no room service, staff members are not friendly at all. Elevator doesn't reach all floors. Room windows are not isolated so we always hear the street noise all the time.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Istanbul that exceeded my expectations in many ways. the hotel's location was absolutely fantastic. Situated in the heart of the city center, it provided easy access to Taksim Square and the tram line. This made exploring Istanbul a breeze and saved us a lot of time and effort.
Our stay was enjoyable and there were no major issues that affected our experience.

For prices in Istanbul was a good price. Large room.
It is a building in repair. Front door had a large space in the lower lobby and heard everything. Have traces of burning carpet in the middle. The employee made the wrong bill..

During the Christmas holidays, we stayed in a hotel that offered a lovely breakfast with a variety of food options and an amazing rooftop terrace. the hotel was located near popular tourist attractions and had easy access to public transportation.
The noise level was unbearable due to the hotel's location in a busy and noisy area. the bathroom was not cleaned properly, and the elevator only went up to a certain floor, which made carrying baggage a hassle.

We would highly recommend this hotel for friendliness of staff, location and cleanliness. The room was really lovely - big, bright, airy and spotlessly clean. The staff couldn't do enough for us - in fact they were like our tour guides for the city. Without doubt one of the best hotels we have stayed in recently. Highly recommended.
